Mommy Juice Recipe 

As moms I know you  may feel tired, have no energy, exhausted, and need to be rejuvenated. Well I have put together my favorite juicing recipe that will give you that boost to seize the day plus so much added benefits to your health. I call it my “MOM JUICE” ……. hahaha! I know it should be a tall glass of wine but that’s for  night time. The goal of this juice is to be used 1st thing in the morning! So wake up and smell the juice. I know so corney but really it’s Ahhhmazing!! So here it is

Ingredients:

  1. Small kale bunch
  2. 2 beets
  3. Half of a lemon
  4. 3 carrots
  5. 1 orange
  6. 1 apple
  7. Small ginger chunk (to your liking)
  8. 6-7 strawberries

Wash all ingredients or I prefer using organic fro your local market. Place in juicer and drink right away for added benefit.

Benefits:
Kale is a great leafy green to fight cancer

Lemon add some alkaline elements

Beets are amazing and filter the blood

Carrots are a great sourse of beta carotene

Apples ” One a day keeps doc away”

Ginger great for the stomach
